Composition of the medium for A1/BL cells
- 250 ml MEM 21090
- 100 ml H2O
- 40 ml FCS for A1 cells
- 4 ml pen/strep
- 4 ml insulin
- 4 ml glutamin

NOTE: Filter the medium after mixing!
PBS
Dilute normal PBS (w/o bivalent cations) in water (both are supplied - cupboard in the corridor in opposite of the cell culture).
The final PBS concentration must be 80%.
Trypsin
Dilute 10xTE > in the -20°C freezer in the cell culture preparation room (black labelling) with APBS.
