Common problems

Please avoid sucking liquids into the pipe of the pump-system that means empty your bottle before it reaches the top!!

In case liquid is sucked in and the vacuum does not work there is a main pump under the paraffin station, there you can switch of the pump-system and than clean the glass flask from any liquid. After cleaning switch on the pump again.
