Preparation of Freezing media for C2C12 cells

Material

• 25 ml FCS (50%)
• 20 ml DMEM + Pen/ Strep + Glut (40%)
• 5 ml DMSO (10%) Catalog Number: D2650 37,80 Euro

Procedure

1. put all stuffs together
2. filtate the medium and aliquote the freezing media into 4 ml per tube
3. store at –20ºC
