Materials:
25 ml FCS (50%) 20 ml DMEM + Pen/ Strep + Glut (40%) 5 ml DMSO (10%) Catalog Number: D2650 37,80 Euro
Procedure:
- put all stuffs together - filtate the medium and aliquote the freezing media into 4 ml per tube - store at –20ºC
