BrdU labelling of A1 cells in 96-well plate

Material

  • 5ml tube
  • SF MEM
  • BrDU drawer no. 3
  • Multipipette
  • Pipette 100ul
  • Pipette 5ml

Procedure

  1. put 2 mls SF MEM into the 5 ml tube
  2. add 40ul BrDU
  3. mix the liquid
  4. put 10 ul into each well , use the multipipette
  5. incubate for 6-8 h or overnight(then you can fix cells for stain)
  6. label the 96 well plate with BrDU and date
