BrdU labelling of A1 cells in 96-well plate

Materials
- 5ml tube
- SF MEM
- BrDU drawer no. 3
- Multipipette
- Pipette 100ul
- Pipette 5ml
Procedure
- put 2 mls SF MEM into the 5 ml tube
- add 40ul BrDU
- mix the liquid
- put 10 ul into each well , use the multipipette
- incubate for 6-8 h or overnight(then you can fix cells for stain)
- label the 96 well plate with BrDU and date
