  • Trizol (Invitrogen)

    • - Chloroform - Isopropanol - RNase free water - Potter homogenizer plus appropriate accessories (Stoessel und Pistille) - 5 ml syringe - 25 guage needle - Autoclaved Eppendorf tubes - 75% ethanol in DEPC water
