Preparation of Low Serum for A1 cells

Materials

• 280 ml MEM
• 100 ml sterile water
• 1 tube Pen/ Strep (4ml)
• 1 tube Glutamine (4ml)
• 1 tube Insulin (4 ml)
• 2 ml FCS
• 500 ml filter with bottle

Procedure

1. put all together and filtrate all
2. label all with Low Serum, name and date
