Protocol
The following protocol applies to Gibco Goat Serum from Invitrogen (Order No.: 16210).
- Defrost the serum (takes a long time- maybe overnight in the fridge is practical)
- Heat inactivate for 30 min at 56C
- Cool on ice and aliquot into 50ml Falcon tubes.
- Keep at -20 C
