Materials
- DMSO (one ampules from Sigma)
- High serum for A1 cells
- 2x 50 ml FALCON tubes
- 1x 15 ml FALCON tube
- Pipettes
- 10x 5 ml FALCON tubes
Procedure
- clean the ampuls with ethanol
- transfer the DMSO into the 15 ml FALCON tube
- pipette in each 50 ml FALCON tube 18 ml High serum
- put into each 2 ml DMSO and mix
- aliquot the freezing media into the 5 ml FALCON tubes (4 ml per tube)
- store the tubes into –20ºC
