Materials
- 280 ml MEM
- 100 ml sterile water
- 1 tube Pen/ Strep (4ml)
- 1 tube Glutamine (4ml)
- 1 tube Insulin (4 ml)
- 2 ml FCS
- 500 ml filter with bottle
Procedure
- put all together and filtrate all
- label all with Low Serum, name and date
